All Shifts will have a minimum of three (3) people on them.  If an individual were to call out sick, or not report to work for any reason, theis would still leave two (2) people active on the shift.  If fo any reason two (2) people become unavailable, then the shift may need to be cancelled.

Under no circumstances should any employee work alone on a shift.  This is for security and safety reasons.

All hourly employees will be paid for the hours that they have worked.  Hourly rates will vary by positon, and individula, but all hours will be compensated and abide by state and federal law.  Payment covers regular pay, overtime pay, and double time pay.  Gallagher Manufacturing does NOT offer a “GIG” rate, or “FLAT” rate.
