Manufacturing has many positions required to operate on a day to day basis.  This section will outline all positions required.

Note, that Manufacturing also works with other departments that are not nessasarily under the Manufacturing Department, but work hand in hand to complete various tasks.  these other Departments include Accounting, Rentals, Drafting/Drawing, Logistics, Purchasing.

Title:  Manufacturing Manager                    Reports to: Operations Manager

Classification: Full-time Non-Exempt                  Date: 10-2-2018

Pay Rate:  $27-$43/hr

Overview:  The Manufacturing  Manager will direct our day-to-day Manufacturing warehouse and production operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.

Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

• Oversee and manage all Manufacturing Operations
• Manage Receiving and Shipping Departments
• Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency
• Train manufacturing team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development
• Coordinate and manage logistics
• Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow
• Approval of all material purchases
• Create and submit all work orders, manifests, and purchase orders
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:  

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
• 1-2 years’ experience supervising a team
• Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly
• Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
