Packaging and Loading of Truss

Truss Bundles need to be strapped in a bundle that includes ALL trusses in the bundle.  Bolted on trusses ned to also be strapped into the bundle.  Bolted trusses only are not secure.  Bolted truss needs to have ALL bolts tested before loading to make sure that they are tight.

All Truss need to rest on wooded chocks.  Inividual trusses, or truss bundles should never touch the ground.  This will keep the integrety of the truss intact, and avoid damage.

Packaging and Loading of NON Rolling Bins

All Non Rolling Bins must be forlift or pallet jack accessable.  All Non nRolling Bins must include a lip that can be secured to the bin.  All bins must be painted, clean, and free of sharp edges.

All Rolling Bins must be forklift accessable.  All Rolling Bins must include a lid that can be secured to the bin.  All bins must be painted, clean, and free of sharp edges.  All loaded Rolling Bins on flat bed trucks must include “donuts”.
